Great Beginnings

1982: Founded in Raleigh, North Carolina, USA we began our company by providing work-life consulting and training to organisations.

1997: We launched a new business model that focused exclusively on providing resource and referral solutions to EAP and third-party companies.

Growing Our Network

2005: Workplace Options assumed the management and operations of Work-Life Benefits, creating an even stronger and deeper network of innovative and affordable work-life products and services.

Going Global

2006: We acquired UK-based Employee Advisory Resource, one of the leading providers of Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs) and integrated work-life services, both in the UK, and across the globe.
2007: Workplace Options began providing services in Ireland with its acquisition of EAP Solutions and opened its national headquarters in Clonskeagh, Dublin.

Today: Currently, Workplace Options is the world’s largest provider of employee effectiveness services. Our work-life services, EAPs, wellness products and training programmes serve over 53 million employees and their families in 78,000 organisations across more than 200 countries and territories. We have offices in Raleigh, Seattle, Chesapeake, London, Toronto, Dublin, Singapore, Tokyo, Panama, Jakarta, Bangalore, and Lisbon.
